Pray that the Presbyterian Church Offices will be able to successfully obtain the ATO’s support for the JobKeeper allowance for different congregations including CPC.

Pray for the CYA & CYA+ leaders as they teach and role model to the youth how Psalms are directly relevant to the lives of the youth.

Pray for fellowships and HF groups who gradually plan for face to face interaction and fellowship and for the students' first on site function at CPC on 4/7 with newcomers.

Thank God for the videos, songs. activities and children's talks that are available each week for the Sunday School children.  Thank God for the time they can spend doing these with family, as they continue to learn about God.

Pray for the Annual Congregational Meeting on 26/7 where, among other matters, we will confirm the new elders. Pray that the Lord's will be done and He continues to nurture His people through the many servant leaders in our midst.

Praise God that many of our families are getting involved in our Sunday School and Youth Group activities, Living Word bible studies and enjoying the opportunity to keep meeting up.

With the growing concern for a second wave of COVID-19, pray that the general public would be vigilant about protecting themselves as well as their loved ones, and the government authorities be wise in easing/tightening up restrictions.

Pray for the trial Zoom online meetings for Sunday School.  Pray that students and teachers can catch-up and encourage each other, whilst we are not meeting in person.

Pray for the preparations before the start of the third semester, 28/7, the arrangement of the curriculum and use of the classrooms of the Crown Public School.

As restrictions continue to ease, the church is contemplating how and when to transition into physical meeting in the next few months. Please pray for wisdom for the leadership.

National Situation
All Australian Presbyterian churches are asked to pray on this day 12/7 (coinciding with NAIDOC) for the Indigenous people of Australia. Let's pray for them that they would turn to and put their hope in Christ in the face of injustice. Pray for those in authority to listen to the voices in the Indigenous communities emphatically. Remember also the financial needs for the Indigenious ministry within the Presbyterian and other denominations.

Pray for the Mandarin Students Fellowship. Ask God to encourage students to join the fellowship and study God’s words together. Pray that they may know God and grow spiritually in order to stand firm no matter what situations they may face.

According to Premier Christian News, Russian president, Vladimir Putin, proposed amendments to Russian’s constitution that include a mention of God, following a proposal by the Orthodox Church, and describes marriage as a heterosexual union. Pray that such move is out of a genuinely growing respect and reverence for God’s authority over all (Rom 13:1).

The Open Doors reported that in the face of mounting persecution of Christians in Syria, opportunities arose for Christians to demonstrate God’s love that has made the church grow even stronger, according to a local pastor named George. Pray for the Syrian church and Christians in times of violence and persecution, and for a peaceful resolution to conflict in Syria.

Praise God that many of our Children’s talk presenters, music teams and those involved in Sunday services are enjoying the challenge of each role. Keep praying for those involved in putting the online Sunday services together.

Prudent Financial Management - As expenses will continue despite anticipated reduction in income - both offertory and bank interest (as interest rates are at an all time low) - please pray that we will be able to manage downwards or defer our discretionary expenses and that our members will continue to remain faithful in their giving.

Jason, Hi-Win and Asher Tam in Puxin, Taiwan
- Pray for effectiveness in gospel work, as we are doing new things at the local junior high school.
- Pray for us to serve our local friends with mental illness in Word and prayer, and that they are not excluded in our church.
- Pray that our ministry to locals will not take a toll on our family life. 
- Pray for us to rest well during vacation on 15-17 June after we feel like a period of sprinting in ministry.

Faithful Giving - During the current social distancing restrictions, we won't be able to collect cash offertory, which typically accounts for about 35% of our offertory income.  Let us pray that our members will remain faithful in their support of His work here at CPC, and that many more will now turn to online offertory (BSB 032-000 Acct 225830).

Pray for the ongoing discipleship groups (two groups are likely to finish by this year and three groups have just started this year) that the study of God's word and mutual encouragement provide impetus for spiritual growth and character transformation.

- Praise the LORD for answered prayers about Yi’s family.
- Please pray that we can connect well with the non-Christians at our online meetings. Its a bit hard to build relationships and arrange meeting 1:1 with them at this time.
- Yi has just informed me that we are running low on volunteers. Please pray that God raises up more harvesters.
- Speaking of Yi. He needs to raise $26,000. Preferably before the end of June. Please pray that Yi is able to find lots of new generous financial partners.

Pray that we will be able to reach out to the elderly, sick and lonely within our congregation, that might be missing out on online services and fellowship. Pray they may be able to access whatever personal needs are required.

Praise God for the study of the “Life of Christ” Stage 6 (the final one). Currently, there are 8 students in this class and they will graduate soon. Pray that God will prepare suitable graduate to be teacher for “Life of Christ” in the future.

- Thank God that CBM was able to adapt to online Bible studies via zoom. Thank God for the 32 students who came regularly and the 21 visitors we had at Bible studies this semester.
- Please pray for the students as they sit for exams as there are more unknowns to the process, as well as security concerns with the exam software

Pray for missionaries around the world who are also affected in various ways by Covid-19:
- For creative ways to continue ministry
- For some who are currently unable to return to the field for ministry
- For those who would previously leave their field every few months to renew their visas and are uncertain what will happen when their visa runs out this time.
- For financial support, as everyone is affected by the economic impact of the pandemic.
