Thank God, due to the slow decline of the epidemic, NSW has also begun to ease the lockdown. Gradually, everyone returns to "normal" life.
Since last year, the two lockdowns and releases of the city have had a great impact on everyone. Regardless of the economy, family, living habits, and even church life, all aspects need to be adjusted. It was adjusted once last year, and now it needs to be adjusted again.
Each of us are facing difficult situations. At this time, what strength and help does faith give us?
First of all, we believe that the Lord is still in charge of everything that happens. Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
In addition, everyone understands that the world is no longer the same as two years ago. Everything has changed due to the pandemic.
In the life after lockdown, there is a new "normal". Under the new lifestyle, there will be new normal in every aspect of life, worship and ministry of the church. In the new environment, we must prepare ourselves and have a new heart to welcome the new era.
In December when we prepare to celebrate Christmas, it is also a good reminder to us that the coming of Jesus Christ represents the beginning of a new era. Christ was chosen by God to come to the world in flesh and live with the world. This was a great breakthrough. For people at that time who have a new faith and complete belief that Jesus is the Christ, and who trust and obey Him will have the blessings of God.
Today, when we face the new daily routine and church life, it is important that we do not dwell in the past but to see what God is doing, and closely follow Him.
We need to be flexible and careful to observe God's actions in the new living style. Let us continue to rely on His words, move forward under new challenges, and live a new life of church, worship and faith.
God is a living God, He is in charge of all things, and He is living with us. Therefore, He will definitely give us guidance to complete His will and plan in our lives.
Let us continue to look for His will with humility, follow our Lord Jesus with our brothers and sisters, and live out His glory in the new age.
